We’re back on the blog: Rolling into 2019

Happy New Year!

This year has started with a bang at G Transport. As you can see the blog has been a little quiet over the last year. With the launch of our lovely new website, we’ve not been sharing as much news.

So we thought we’d start 2019 by giving you a great round up of what we’ve been up to recently, as a taste of more to come.

We’re delighted to be working with Suzuki again. As we shared on our Twitter and Facebook we moved the cars and worked on site for the latest set of ads featuring Take That. This shoot meant that the team were a little further afield than usual, but we can’t say any more until the ad is released. Follow us to see what Suzuki have come up with this time when we can share it with you.

As part of our ongoing work with major car brands, we’ve completed a Renault tour, taking a Twizy, Kangoo and a Zoe to different leasing companies so they can see and test the cars themselves. It gives them a better idea of the cars they are talking about with their customers, and a chance to find out exactly how all the new features for these cars work.

We were excited to move the new Aston Martin prototype on one of the legs of its journey from overseas for testing. So great to be able to see super cars like this before they are released.

We worked with Seat to bring a new model Tarraco from their factory in Barcelona to take part in some press days in the UK, before being safely returned.

We’ve been around the January sales. Well, OK, not exactly, but we’ve moved a new Model 3 for Tesla for display in their store in Edinburgh, and delivered one into Westfield shopping Centre, again for display in the store; as well as taking Fords for display in the Arndale Centre in Manchester. So let’s call that window shopping at the very least!

Finally, we’re also adding to our fleet in 2019. We have a new chassis that will be going to Belles Coachworks in the next couple of weeks for build, and look forward to getting that on the road a bit later in the year. This should arrive late June, so work on this new addition will be ongoing for a while before we can give you a sneak peek.

So, keep your eyes on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for more news from us. We hope you have a great 2019 lined up and we look forward to working with you this year.
